Heroin has a very strong impact on its long term effects.
if you get addicted to heroin, you lose the trust and special bonds that you have made through your entire life, due to the fact that friends and family members have become scared and felt betrayed by the addict, and have come to last resorts such as calling the police and reporting the addict for illegal drug abuse, and kicking them out of the house, and eventually out of their lives. This strongly impacts the addicts life in the long term, because they have gone from having loving friends and family, to nobody. In some cases, the addict finds other addicts and criminals, which in my opinion is not at all a better situation. Also, the health issues that come with long-term use of heroin are shockingly dangerous.
